About Doug Linder
Doug has led not-for-profit organizations around the Midwest and Southeast for over 25 years and has over 30 years total experience in the nonprofit arena working with children and families. His experience includes leading the turnaround of three organizations. His career includes top leadership at 4 nonprofits ranging from 12 employees to over 360. His annual revenue varied too from $200,000 to $8.5 million. His focus was always on the mission of the organization, service to members/clients, and staff development. Funds were generally tight for these turnaround situations. Doug developed a sharp awareness of the need to maximize every resource at his disposal. In order to work his way out of tough situations for these organizations, Doug also focused on generating more revenue by using his entrepreneurial skills to develop new programs and locations to offer new or additional services. A strong faith, perseverance, and strong relationship and analytical skills combined with an energetic personality have been the foundation of his success.
Doug is married to his college sweetheart, Diane, the woman behind his success. She is a school teacher. They have raised three children who all live in the Tampa Bay area.
